My stomach is hurting really badly and I don’t know why. I have this sharp stabbing pain on the left side of my stomach about halfway down, a little bit lower than my bottom rib. I have no clue what this could be from. I drank about two bottles of water and an apple juice and I ate two granola bars, and everything bagel, an orange, chips, two slices of pizza, some more chips, cheese, and some dried mango slices. Actually, that is probably why my stomach hurts. I usually eat a lot healthier foods but I was running behind, time wise, all day so I didn’t really have much time to get something healthier. I remember when I first started eating healthy, after about two months I had a fish sandwich from Wendy’s and I felt horrible. I had eaten the fish sandwiches before but not since I had changed my diet and I guess I just wasn’t used to greasy fast food anymore because I thought I was going to vomit. It reminds me of this episode of the Simpsons when one of the main characters, Lisa, who is a vegetarian, convinces the rest of her family to try vegetarianism and after a week of not eating any meat they become ill because of the shock to their bodies that a lack of meat has caused. But I don’t think that’s what’s going on now because I don’t feel like my body is trying to reject the food, this just kinda hurts. I’m going to take some aspirin and sleep, hopefully when I wake up this pain will be gone.

  1. Lisa should have told her family to drop meat slowly! Its a shock if you quit all together, thats why i'm still a pescatarian haha. But yah, thats a lot of different foods, dried mango slices are so good. That makes me miss whole foods!
